- This one is high on my personal like list. It reminds me how to look at and judge my capabilities.
I look forward to turbulent times, situations that need a response out of the ordinary.
when things are turbulent (you just lost your key personnel, competition's open, business is down, clients dont have money, there are no jobs or worse, people are being kicked out) what can you do?
1. Remain Centered
Go back to your vision and your personal success code. what is that you always wanted to be, achieve, do.
Come back to that.
Reach for the basics again.
2. Seek Help
Tell everyone - all your stakeholders- that you need help.
tell them what you need, by when you need it and what it will achieve if they help.
most people are willing to help, just dont know how.
3. Share
share the situation with people you trust.
tell them the details, share your fears and most importantly perhaps share what you think can be a positive outcome of this.
4. Create a TO DO
I love the TO DO list. It is such a potent device.
simple
effective
a must
Create a simple TO DO list to try and tackle the situation.
5. Act on the TO DO
one thing at a time
Start and I assure you, you will see the power of doing.
