Ideas could be in any of the following categories:
1. For Guests
I like these the most. As a boss I wanted to see my team thinking about the most important thing in a business.
What could you do to make things better for your guests?
Here are some pointers:
a. Save your guests some time. The gift of time is very powerful and welcome gift. If there is something you can pre-prepare, ask, do, organize, create, complete, that can save your guests some time, do it! Do it now!
b. Save your guests some money. I don’t need to stress this.
c. Something that will give your guests an experience they will not experience anywhere else in the world.
2. For staff
a. In addition to the above, anything that will make them feel human, feel loved and cared for.
3. For processes
a. Any Idea that can, make the process faster, better, efficient, reduce paperwork, reduce bureaucracy, reduce physical labour, add smiles!
4. For Learning
5. Cost saving
6. Revenue Generation
Force yourself.
There is another side to this. You may have tons of ideas; make sure you give it to the concerned authorities today.
Either give it your boss, or put it in the employee suggestion scheme drop box.
Either way, make sure it happens!
