In the latest edition, he talks about the New Career oportunities with expanding hospital chains.
Some of positions that he mentions include Lobby Managers, House Keepers, Finance personnel, front desk staff, customer services, billing etc.
The problem ( according to me this is an opportunity!) is that there aren't too many people available with the requisite skill set and customer orientation, so hospitals are now competing with hotels and paying better salaries...
What does he expect the sector to generate? 30000 jobs in the next five years!
