Most interviews are being held to hire somebody. That means that you already know what the activity is for, IT IS ALL HAPPENING FOR YOU! I sincerely beleive that. What I also beleive is that there are very few creative interviewers. most of them ask the same questions wanting the standard answers. If you can tell them what they want to hear, you are in. Trust me, they are dying to get you in, unfortunately, the interviewer needs to make sure you are the one. So here's what you can do to crack that predictable interview.
