I will have to agree. Communication is all about ensuring your message is received as you intended it, and considering that body language plays such an important part of any communication, I believe I have learnt to use it effectively.
Speed may be limited to the words per minute, or one may want to include ideas or instructions or thoughts in a given time span.
I limit myself to two or three key ideas that i want to communicate and ensure that the recipient is receiving it at their speed not mine.
Physically I have learnt to mirror, paraphrase and question to ensure i am not getting ahead of myself or the message.
