I personally do not appreciate resumes being sent to me without me inviting applications, but nevertheless I get them by the dozens everyday.
Some of them are awful..just an attachment, not even a small note/cover letter.
Some of them are sent to all the consultants as cc. This is really sloppy and the worst kind...
AND Then some come like the one mentioned here...
What's good? a synopsis, a want, and a why.
What's bad? dialogue. asking me if I agree may not be the right way to go...coz some may not!

Few details about me which would help you to understand my requirement and expectations:
(1) Current Profile: I have been working with Barista for more than one and half year. Currently am working as an Associate Manager and am handling the entire gamut of HR activities for the Western Region. Infact I am the only regional resource for HR.
(2) Looking for change: I am looking forward to (1) Brand - Barista being a super brand, does not make sense to compromise on it and dilute the brand image on my cv. (2) Profile - Since I am already handling lots of responsibilities and that too at a regional level, I am now looking forward to an up gradation in my existing profile. (3) Package: Current CTC 3.78 Lacs and expectation 6.5 Lacs (Its unfortunate that Barista cannot afford to pay me more because of its constraints, but I am sure if you look at my profile, you would agree with my expectation. I am open to negotiation provided the profile demands so.
(3) RELOCATION: Ready to relocate to Delhi/ NCR, Pune or Bangalore
(4) Sector Preference: Open
